Which programs are likely to use this proposed frontier definition?

I’m not sure. We have had discussions with program people who seemed interested in using the definition, but there are no specific proposals yet to adopt these definitions for programmatic purposes in USDA.

There aren’t any plans right now, but I’ll remind you that when we created the RUCAs there were also no plans, and they’re being used in lots of places now. I think there are opportunities, when you use screens and combine it with other criteria.
